| Description: | Quase chegando ao término desta formação, foi observado no decorrer destes três anos, no próprio ambiente de estudo o quão difícil é o relacionamento entre os seres humanos e como essa dificuldade aumenta quando em um mesmo ambiente de trabalho se encontram pessoas com personalidades, culturas, nacionalidades, sotaques, ideais e comportamentos diferentes, como ocorrem a bordo de navios mercantes. Diante dessas diferenças existentes entre os seres humanos, este estudo monográfico tem por objetivo mostrar como o modo de ser, de agir e de pensar pode intervir no relacionamento com o restante da tripulação e como se portar diante dos possíveis conflitos que possam vir a surgir a bordo, para saber lidar com eles não deixando afetar de forma alguma o trabalho. |
| Abstract: | Almost arriving at the end of this graduation, was observed in a elapsing of these three years, in own study place how much is difficult the relationship between the humans and how these difficult rise when at the same place live people with different cultures, nationalities and ideas as on board. In the view of this differences that occur with people, this monographic study want to show how a way of living and thinking can change the relationship with the crew and how reaction face of this conflicts that could be occur on board, in order to deal with them not letting in any way affect our work. |
