Regeneração óssea vestibular com uso de fibrina rica em plaquetas e enxerto aloplástico: relato de caso

Abstract

The qoal of this study was to report the case of a pacient with a bone defect in the buccal ridge of the anterior region (left upper canine), treated with a combination of aloplastic graft associated to platelet rich fibrin. Afterinsertion oftheimplant and the finding of tLe vestibular bone defect, both biomaterials wereused. The patient had the dental ímplant installed ín the same surgical placement of the materials previously mentioned. In this reported case were associated advantages of using Platelet rich fibrin to aloplastic graft. The use of the autologous material to the resolution of this case indicated an improvement and acceleration of the healing of the surgical site, greater tissue thickness, and aid in the maturation of the bone graft, which contributed to the final esthetic result of peri-implant tissues.
